These terms apply from the moment a page loads. They are short because the relationship is narrow: we publish numbers, you read them, and any money you risk is risked somewhere else entirely.
What this site is, and the 0 licences we hold
Lucky Ones is a publisher. We hold 0 gambling licences in New Zealand or anywhere else, accept 0 wagers, and hold 0 customer funds. Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble, and no page creates a contract between you and an operator.
You must be 18 or older
The minimum age for online casino gambling in New Zealand is 18 under the Online Casino Gambling Regulations 2026, and licensed operators must verify full name, date of birth and age before an account is activated. If you are under 18, this site is not for you and no content here is directed at you.
You are also responsible for the law where you actually are. Access from a jurisdiction where reading or acting on this content is restricted is your decision, not our invitation.
Accuracy, and the 30-day recheck cycle
Every figure we publish carries a review date. Volatile figures — minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, cashout caps, payment method availability — are re-checked on a 30-day cycle, and terms in this segment change without notice between cycles.
Where our number and the operator's live cashier disagree, the cashier is correct. Treat our figures as a filter that narrows your shortlist, then read the operator's own terms before you deposit. The methodology behind each number is published at how we test, and errors go to [email protected].
We are not your agent in any of the 3 stages that matter
Registration, deposit and withdrawal are the 3 stages where money moves, and we are party to none of them. Your contract is with the operator, under its terms, its licence and its dispute process.
That means we cannot release a withheld withdrawal, reverse a confiscated bonus, complete an identity check, close an account or apply a self-exclusion. Where an operator behaves badly we will publish the record; that is the whole of what we can do.

Operator names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear here for identification.
Liability, and the 6-month window for claims
Content is supplied as information, without warranty that a figure is current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for losses arising from gambling, from an operator's conduct, or from reliance on a figure that has changed since its review date.
Any claim relating to this site must be raised with us within 6 months of the event. Nothing here limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Complaints and governing law: 10 working days
Raise a complaint at [email protected] and we will respond within 10 working days. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and nothing in them displaces rights you hold under mandatory New Zealand law, including the Privacy Act 2020.
Changes take effect after 14 days
We may amend these terms. Material changes carry a new review date at the top of this page and take effect 14 days after publication. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the current version.
